Shipping Rates

We’ve tailored our shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: For most European countries, standard shipping costs range between €5 and €25, depending on your location. At checkout, you’ll see the exact rate based on your address.
  • Free Standard Shipping: We’ve got a treat for you—spend over €100, and your order ships for free!
  • Express Shipping: Need your products in a flash? Add express delivery for a flat rate of €25. Perfect for those last-minute trips or spontaneous plans.

Shipping Times

We know waiting for your order can feel like forever, so we aim to make the process as fast and seamless as possible. Once your order is placed, we’ll process it within 24 hours, carefully pack your items, and send them on their way. You’ll also receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details to follow your package’s journey.

Here’s how long it takes for your products to reach you:

  • Standard Shipping: With standard delivery, your order will arrive within 3-6 business days. It’s the ideal choice for a planned purchase that’s worth the wait.
  • Express Shipping: For those in a rush, express delivery ensures your products are with you in 1-4 business days. Whether it’s an impromptu getaway or a gift for someone special, we’ve got you covered.

Note: For some distant regions, standard shipping times could take an additional 1-2 business days.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love every AMBA product you order, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:

AMBA will only accept a return for exchange or refund if the products are unused, returned in their original packaging, and the return is requested within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges for products with open packaging or that have been damaged or used. Additionally, sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

For eligible refunds, we’ll refund the purchase cost of the product(s) minus shipping and handling charges.

A Few Important Notes:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery to our warehouse. If your return is lost in transit and there is no tracking, we won’t be able to process your refund or exchange.
